01. B2B Services

Dutio provides B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) for security workforce management. By registering an agency account, you confirm you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

02. Subscription Tiers & Payment

• ▪ Billing: Fees are billed monthly in GBP (£).
• ▪ Base Rates: Starter Tier is £29/month (up to 45 guards). Professional Tier is £59/month (up to 60 guards).
• ▪ Overages: An overage fee of £1.50 per month applies for each additional active guard exceeding your tier's base limit.
• ▪ Payment Processing: Access may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid past the standard 14-day net terms.

03. Service Level & Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime for the Agency Command Center and mobile application. However, we are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (e.g., Google Firebase, App Store reviews) or circumstances beyond our control.

04. Acceptable Use

Agencies must not misuse the platform to bypass SIA regulations, upload illicit material, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Dutio application architecture. Violation results in immediate termination of the instance.
